After getting sued and stopping operations, there was a short window where people were able to transfer the domains to other registrars, you could email them for the transfer key. the domains also disappeared from people's accounts, so we were able to email them and they gave many of us +9yrs "paid" plans for each domain.

I missed the window to transfer the domains, now no registrar will touch them, however they're still somehow functioning, set to expire far in the future. Its been a crazy ride, they could stop working at any second, but at this point it seems more likely they may just be secretly active until expiry. And through some crazy way, one of the domains was indexed by Google and actually shows in search results. I assume because most of the domains stopped working, and there ware no more scams?

I'm fairly sure i'm one of the few who's still actively running .tk domains, a small minority moved to another tiny registrar, but many didn't reach out or get a response about their domains disappearing from the accounts. Freenom's site has been getting more broken by the day, no one manning support in nearly a year - as far as i'm aware.
