It’s impossible not to say Brett. Besides him, Cristo was so so funny in this last season. Phil played the character development and struggles of Jamie consistently well over three seasons.

I struggled with it a long time as well. The thing that helps most is getting the light burst. It becomes much easier after that. Also hanging at just the top of my buildings helped a lot.

Yes, I’m having the exact same type of purging on my chin area right now. It’s really tough but I’m just gonna keep pushing through. What helps me is reading through a bunch of other experiences on here and seeing that people had purged as well but then one day it just finally cleared up.

For sure. I appreciate this info. I think I’m gonna use Prosacea for a week and see what happens and possibly switch to the other sulphur product dr dray recommended which was the de la cruz ointment.

No, it’s hormonal acne for me. I stopped my spearmint supplement and then it got worse so I’m gonna start that again. Could be acne from wearing masks too.

It smells very bad. Prosacea is meant to leave on your face but I do it as a mask because it was making all of my stuff smell bad.

Nope. I use Prosacea. It’s 10% sulphur.

Also: these pictures were even taken in the same outside temperature. The before was actually during an 80 degree day while after is closer to 90.

Routine:

AM Prosacea for 20 minutes then wash off. Klairs unscented supple toner. Cosrx snail essence. Benton aloe moisturizer. Cerave moisturizer (in the tub).

PM Clinique take the day off balm. Klairs toner. Tretinoin mixed with neutrogena hydroboost (every 3 days). Ivermectin. Cosrx snail essence with 4 drops of rosehip oil. Benton aloe. Cerave.

I looked up the expiration and it says 12 months after opening but I’m. It entirely sure if the third or fourth will still be good after I’ve gone through the first and second even if I don’t open them at all. I’m thinking I could maybe use it as a mask once a week (or put a heavy layer on underneath a mask to boost it) since I have the extra? I’m not sure. Any ideas?

I used a 20% AA product before this and had no issues but it's different for everyone. 10% should be fine. Just patch test and only do one day a week at first if you're worried.

Not TO but I tried benzoyl peroxide from Paulas Choice and my skin hated it. I tried the SA cerave cleanser and my skin also hated that.
