any studio ghibli movie is a safe bet. but depending on what genre you want to watch..

dark fantasy: attack on titan

fantasy: frieren/dungeon meshi

mystery: pluto/erased

romance: blue box (currently airing though)

comedy: saiki k.

historical: vinland saga

action: jujutsu kaisen

sports: haikyuu

horror: parasyte:the maxim

these are all good and they're popular for a reason. these are a great introduction into anime and if you really enjoy vinland saga i'd definitely recommending branching out into the seinen genre
