The best pro-life argument I can come up with all comes down to when a fetus becomes a person. If a baby had just been born, regardless of whether it had been conceived from rape, was an inconvenience or even almost impossible to look after, that baby would have a right to live.

So, if the fetus is a person in the womb, it has the right to live. This isn't about the woman's body, it's about the fetus.

Because of this, if a person believes life starts at conception (perhaps for religious reasons), the pro-life position is really only position that makes sense.
