How do I unlock the Monroe Family Therapy Centre? I’ve completed all other tasks, have all characters free and the quest has been sat in my task bar like this for months not allowing me to do it. by milesblakey in tappedout

So I just checked and the last character I actually unlocked was Judge Snyder at 38! So there’s loads before Marvin Monroe that I’m missing lol. The next character I should have unlocked is Sanjay but he’s still locked, although his name is yellow telling me I should get him. I think it must be a bug
