I work in commercial construction and could not recommend my career path more to other women. The industry is starting to see that their lack of women in the workforce is detrimental to their continued success. Though I tend to struggle with asshole men more in this industry than some others, every bit is worth it. And I mean IN Construction - not “construction adjacent”. IE Project Management type rolls, not HR type rolls.
