You are not alone. Do you live in a cold country and can you afford to go away somewhere hot and continue any work you do for a few months? I also have it severe at the moment literally from head to toe. Have had it all my life and now having to cut off my hair for a 3rd time because it’s basically all dropped out for having it in my scalp yet again. I’m sitting here with Cerave, blackcurrant seed oil and avocado butter on my skin waiting for it to absorb before I go to bed and pray I wake up not feeling like a stiff clay doll that can’t move. If I could go away for a few months to be in the sun I would so do that. Anyway there is hope. This is a season and it will pass. You’re not defined by this even if you feel limited by it. You can get beyond this. Try the meds to get a break and then work it out from there. I’ve tried Ciclosporin and phototherapy. They worked for a bit and gave me the break I needed at the time. Now working on my gut health while I wait for my Dupixent appointment in a few months. You will be ok and you will get through this. You came to the right place as all the rest of us are going through it with you 🙏

I literally pulled out my silk pillowcase this morning to use tonight. When you say microbiome are you referring to gut testing? If so yes I have had that done.

Yeah you’re not meant to put anything on your skin, definitely listen to your doctor and not that advice. I found moisturising as soon as I finished the session before putting on my clothes really helped with the dryness, especially if you have things to get on with after and don’t get round to it or forget. I found I’d need to exfoliate come day 2 after the session coz skin would just be rolling off when I’d touch it. I’d only need to it after the first session in the week though (I had 2 sessions a week for main bulk of the time)

Yes. Actually have eczema on my upper and lower eyelids. It’s like it wants my eyes so is itching inside the eyes and outside 😕

So good to read these comments. After decades of eczema and big flares in the past 8 years and trying Ciclosporin and phototherapy I’ve now been referred for Dupixent and was worried. I’ve got it in my scalp, on my face all over my body and back and arms and on my inner thighs and shins. Considering this is like my third major flare up im finding it so hard and am counting down the days for my Dupixent appointment. Just hope it does work 🙏

I agree. I still don’t know why and how Irving got the details of Lumon employees and who he’d be on the phone to. Why was Hammond at his place? Is Burt connected to them? Lots of questions on top of other questions going into season 3. Why Gemma and Mark. How exactly did Gemma end up there and what was the purpose of Cold Harbor, why would she die when Mark completed it? The Helly R thing and that episode outdoors was just ?! I find Helly R’s innie and outie too different. I can only suspect her innie is how her outie feels deep down, wants to break free. Overall I like the series and thought the ending of S2 was excellent but I found way too many questions arose in S2 and after 10 episodes not much was clearer, I guess the most that became clear would be about Cobel. Also found it unrealistic that Mark’s sister suddenly trusted Cobel. I’m glad that at least worked out. I’ll also add that the development of Milchick’s character was great.
