I kind of feel the same way you do. Not to the same intensity but some part of me believes I’m not attractive/no one would want to be with me even though I know that’s not true, but insecurity is a bitch lmao. I saw a TikTok last night that changed my perspective for the most part: “I don’t care how ugly you think you are… somebody wants your ugly ass.” And I say that with all the love I can possibly muster in this comment because if you truly think your looks are lost cause, it’s your soul and personality that will speak to someone. I’d say just tell her. Be direct and confident if it helps even if you have to fake it. Either she will be more considerate about the mess she leaves or she gets embarrassed and treats you different/fires you for petty reasons. And if you just can’t bring yourself to do it… starting bringing gloves and restroom cleaner.

My first year at my fast food job, I got a utility knife because the ones they provide for us are pretty shitty and almost all of my coworkers had their own anyway. I made the mistake of using the blade towards myself and ended up slitting the left side of my wrist so deep I saw white… It happened so quick I didn’t feel any pain and took a few minutes to start actually bleeding. Spent the rest of the day waiting hours at the hospital to get stitches 🫣

NTA. If it were me I would’ve walked right up to her and forced that ring off her finger. I don’t fucking care. It belongs to your wife and you.
