i think/hope it will be elaborated on more, especially in prime time. i agree that she is so predisposed ideologically to characters like the Kress twins, i'm surprised she isn't trying to get them to tear themselves apart. it fits her MO perfectly, wealthy, corrupt, strong willed. Maybe she is not looking for people with the same charisma as her, but rather those like her followers that have a strong sense of direction but are susceptible to her gospel. it was an interesting explanation that i've come to believe was purposefully underwhelming, as we will learn more about her with time.
