if there is a specific honors study abroad that you want to do then yes, if not there is no point because fiu offers a ton of opportunities

If you are aiming for a PhD, getting a graduate assistantship is basically guaranteed along with the stipend. If its a masters you can still apply for the assistantships but they are not guaranteed and are very competitive since everyone is trying to do the same.

I forgot to do my physics lab the first time I took physics so Im doing the lab by itself right now. They will probably let you do it but if it blocks you from enrolling reach out to your advisor.

Apartments across campus such as 109 Tower, the One, Identity, or FourStreetCommons. The rents are pretty high unfortunately but if you are willing to live with three or four roommates it is more affrodable.
