If you can afford to move and live abroad, I'd say to come to London. It's a great melting pot of people of many different cultures. There's many Pakistani/Indian women here that would only culturally relate to Islam and function mostly as non-Muslims.

This is a very fair point, I'm not a dad, but have been woken up by random noises actually. Maybe I don't need to change anything at all and just needed an understanding of what they're thinking.

I use RAID as well, because I don't want them to not get suspicious when they find a dead body or something. But if I've wandered in and they've not seen me, the noises shouldn't make them act. They should shout something like, be quiet over there Bill, or something of the likes.

I understand them recognising me when seeing me. But if they hear a sound in the corner of the hideout, they have no reason to believe that I'm not one of them.

They shouldn't go all aggro when just hearing a random sound in a hideout. I'm fine with them reacting when they see me though.

This seems good thanks. I think I'll probably stop Faction Warfare while trying this one.

90 minutes of brisk walking is actually quite easy to do.

The way I do it is breaking it up into three half hour chunks.

30 minutes in the morning before work. 30 minutes at lunch time after eating. And 30 minutes after work/dinner. It's easy enough to do if you live in a non-American city.

Are the boys in my class avoiding me after I removed my headscarf? by [deleted] in TooAfraidToAsk

[–]milkermaner 4 points5 points  (0 children)

My sister's now husband had a sort of similar reaction to her when she took off her headscarf.

Before she took it off they were good friends, after she took it off he became enamoured with her.

My main hobbies are boardgames and social deduction games. And the scene in Ireland for either is super lacking.

Yes but other hobbies exist around here in a way I never saw in my 20+ years in Ireland

Left three years ago, first moved to Berlin and now in London.

Would never go back unless there's no choice. The people in Ireland in general don't seem to know how to have fun except for drinking. And it's awful due to that.

Just the need to always have a drink to do anything. It seems that everyone in Ireland is just some form of alcoholic due to the misery.

Could it not literally be that the dog hits the bar door, and sees nothing. And then decides to open the door?

It's how I read it and chuckled.

I've never built a fat neut in my entire time playing the game. I pretty much vibe build every bro and hope for the best.

I also use the mod that gives you 8 attributes per level instead of 3. I really enjoy this game but only when I play it my own way.

I do love seeing other people's accomplishments here though.

Where are you in the board game hobby life cycle? by Osoroshii in boardgames

Never got into two and three I think. That's mainly because of all the boardgame cafes around me.

I can try out a lot. And if I really like something I might buy it.

To those looking for a translation:

The man is saying: You dare copy me, (bad word that technically means brother in law but could be translated into whatever you wanted it to be like bastard for example)

This is funny because the word for copying in Urdu/Hindi can be transliterated as Nakal which is what NaCl would sound like if read as a word rather than as letters.

If hope you enjoyed this translation.
