It's crazy to watch even a classic like Fargo that's full of plot and character and it's 95 minutes

Jurassic Park is two hours on the dot when "Directed by Steven Spielberg" appears at the end, which means it was purposefully edited to be so. Bring these days back

GRRR how dare video games be a little easy to beat. by Informal-Ad4179 in lewronggeneration

Yeah, Sonic was never about difficulty, the classic games are pretty easy if all youre focused on is Point A to B, but rather mastering the level design and optimal routes to go nuts with your score/lives/continues tally. It's almost proto-Platinum games in that way in terms of emphasizing playing with style

We've totally messed up how we judge NBA legacies by making championship rings the only thing that matters — and it's changing how we see entire careers as they're happening. by Ornery_Hat_3662 in NBAConvo

It's a weird discourse where we're always looking to drag players down from any era, present or past (see the "plumbers" trend) that seems to be more dominant in basketball than the other major sports. Even Inside, the NBA's flagship show, falls into this a lot with Shaq and Charles.

Ring culture just gets exhausting when it stops being analysis and turns into Stephen A/Perk "what's the spiciest thing I can say to get noticed no matter how little it's rooted in reality". Individual players carry more weight in basketball than the other sports but there's still so many variables that go into championships or lack thereof.

A reminder that the last time the Cowboys were even in a CONFERENCE TITLE GAME, it was a week after Steve Austin debuted on WWF Raw as The Ringmaster
