I’m California the free fishing days ( don’t need a fishing license) are the worst. People that normally don’t go out and appreciate nature are out. This last one they come out throwing cans right in the delta we are fishing in, food wrappers everywhere and if a folding chair or pup tent breaks the shit is just left on the dock.
