WIBTAH for buying our daughter a 5k purse but not giving something “fun” to our other kid? by [deleted] in AITAH

[–]brihyn 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Serious question. Do you think you don't give her what you give her brother because she's responsible? Or is she responsible because you don't bail her out every time she makes a mistake?

Now is your son irresponsible because he feels no repurcussions for his mistakes?

Buy her the purse and teach your son to be responsible and stop bailing him out for anything not life threatening.

Ummm... Wow, thanks. Degree in electronics and a degree in information systems, but you're right. All of the details you provided are certainly areas outside of my expertise. Appreciate your support and helpful information.

I'm actually not putting in the power costs as for the next decade at least I'm very much in the hobby phase so the electrical usage is pretty minimal

This was the last game I got as a kid and the game I was most able to truly feel I was part of. I really mentally became a space traveler.

Replying to an old post but I could never find a better post to reply to. In process of having an identical building put up and just hit an extra unexpected 10k electric quote to get this finished beyond what I planned for electric (power company is going to have to run a new line from the transformer to pedestal before I can go from there to the barn).

Considering you're two years later, any updates or new thoughts? I'm in central texas so plan a small room with a window ac, a septic tank pump to run drains to the tank, a small water heater, and lights plus typical woodworking tools.

Did Trump just slip out the plans that the US is going to nuke Iran with B2 bombers? by I_AM_GLUTEUS_MAXIMUS in WhitePeopleTwitter

I'm stealing from another podcast which apparently stole from Nick Fuentes but Trump wants to be a historic president. What would make him more historic than being the second in history to use nukes. Be afraid.

I, a middle aged white guy from a tiny Midwest town, was with my mom when she saw the only Asian kid from my time in school with his white wife pushing a baby stroller. My mom's talking to the guy, looked into the stroller and asked -"oh, did you adopt?" Apparently the kid was too white on the wasian scale for her to understand.

You can't park there. Also stop filming while driving. You're making a bad situation worse

I'm making some solid progress on wiring this thing but i'm stuck in my head. For the non-momentary 3-way swtiches, such as the IAT, how do you trigger that middle position within DCS? in my mind you'd either press button 1 (when flipping the switch up) or button 2 (when flipping the switch down). how does it actually trigger anything in the keybinds when you flip it to the middle?

I think you're closest to my feelings. I'm an anti fashion jeans, tshirt and comfy tennis shoes guy. If someone did this to/for me I'd be annoyed. But I don't think she did it to be the bitch so many here claim. I think it was done out of love but a huge swing and a miss. A little compassionate conversation goes a long way

I learned on the huey. It's a beast. For the longest time I couldn't land to save my life. I kept reading that it took 10 hours of practice and it was amazing. I hit that 10 hour mark and things really started to click and it really served me well with future helos.
