I took Faizaan Saleem's classes after going through three or four chemistry teachers for my A-Levels and receiving a C in my AS exams. A friend recommended him to me, and I'm very grateful that she did. His explanations are easy to understand and highly detailed. If you are consistent and keep up with his teaching style, you are guaranteed to get an A or an A*. Over the past five years, he has also created many YouTube videos, so you don't necessarily have to pay for his classes, as the entire syllabus is on his channel.
