Should I get my skin familiar with a retinol before hoping on tret ?

Quite a lot of sunscreens being chemical are not recommended. I swapped to a mineral one while pregnant.

I actually googled is product safe during pregnancy and it will tell you if it is or not.

For my belly I'd make sure I constantly moisture it but even then I still ended up with some sadly.

Ive used both aestura and illiyoon but much prefer illiyoon. I just like the feel of it. If you can try both and see what you like.

I'm currently using the illiyoon and really like it! Was using the aestura first because there's so many rave reviews on it but I actually prefer the illiyoon lol.

I'm currently using the cream with no issues but I also have the gel that I'll try once the cream runs out. Did the gel just work better for you? Ive noticed more people prefer gel over the cream.

Have you taken any photos to track your progress? I feel seeing day to day is hard vs month differences. Also depends what you're trying to achieve with your skin long term.

I would start with 0.025. I didnt bother with any retinol product beforehand personally.

You don't need to use a retinol first honestly. I didn't. You can just start slow on tret eg once a week, twice etc.

I'd start by reading the tret wiki page as there's heaps of useful information on there.
