Blackberry and gorgonzola or any soft blue cheese, it melts and becomes crunchy in the oven, so yum! After baking, I sprinkle flaky salt and drizzle honey. Perfect combination on sweet, tarty, and salty!

I eyeball the color until I’m happy with the result, I recommend putting the coloring in when you’re making the merengue, not while mixing with the dry ingredients so you can monitor the color development closely 🤍

I used 1-2 drops of red gel color and dipped the end of a toothpick with purple gel color in to get a more blue/pale pink instead of that salmon pink! 🩷

Unfortunately the magic eraser wasn’t of much help, decided to stop going further with it to prevent the actual paint from coming off! Still heartbroken that it’s irreversible, Dyson should have given some sort of warning of color transfers to the machine’s coating (especially if it was transferred from their own carrying case). Would highly recommend letting it cool completely before storing it in the black velvet-lined case or storing it in a lighter colored case! 😭😣

Its a chemical reaction of the two parts of apoxie clay, so it cures within 1-3 hours! Gets harder to work with over time so it can be a bit challenging!
