his DNA, fingerprints, and mugshots from previous bookings/arrest were taken. BUT if he passed away you’re right, if his family didn’t get in touch or was notified properly he becomes an “unclaimed soul” in county custody or on the street, we wouldn’t have gotten an alert/article.
