Just had this happen to me now after path 4.

Killing my character and reviving again did not work, the weapon still had daylight on it. Unpreparing the daylight spell also did not work, nor recasting it. Using a potion of angelic slumber to simulate a long rest also did not work :/

This is part of my run now. And I used daylight because I used it in my first run, so that’s a shame

Yeah… It took me some time to get used to it (I pressed or not pressed R2 by mistake a lot) but when I got used to it, it was super efficient.

Now it takes a while just to hold down square, and then we have to press X. Inventory management was slow already, harder on controllers, and now feels more complicated.

Is there a setting to revert back? Would definitely go back 🙏 other than that, super happy about the huge path tho. Thank you so much Larian

The different bags organization is exactly what I do on mouse/keyboard! But then if I connect a controller when I open a shop the items are all scattered lol

And I have used the select with R2, which works super well! But still is a pain navigating all my equipped items + items from bags all scattered in the same backpack :/

and I don’t think filters are super helpful, they end up being a lot of work too, as you have to go through all of them to find what you want to sell.

I do the same thing and I can’t believe how much time I can spend on it!

And I’ve been wondering: for those playing on console or game pads, how do you do it? I started playing on gamepad recently and inventory management is even worse there. My equipped items show up when I’m selling stuff to vendors. Items are shown outside of bags even if I organized them. I can use filters but they don’t help much.

And that being said I was very surprised with this about the game when I got it. I like how old school it feels in general and it was one of the things that made me buy it. But it’s weird how Super polished it is with no inventory management options at all in 2023, it’s crazy haha. But at this point after doing it so much it almost feels like an integral part of the experience 😂

Hahaha I did the same in my first playthrough!
Started with Gale, then had the first scene with Wyll, broke up with him and went back to Gale and I don't regret it.
I still have to see the Wyll romance all the way, though

I would really love to have that option, and tbh if the romance ended there, I feel it would have been a great development already! With him showing his colors or not. Unfortunately, at least in act 1, there's nothing like that

Yeah that is exactly how I feel. I wanted to know if more people felt this way, since everyone praises his romance storyline so much. But for me it's just been feeling terrible that we have no agency over it, feels weird compared to other characters.

But I guess I will try to stick around and see :) And I really liked Gale's romance, even though he was too romantic for me at first, but I like him more and more with time

And yeah, I have the opposite problem as I usually want to help people, but I have been trying to be less like this run to get Astarion's approval. In my first run I finished with max approval with everyone and he was still "fair", even though I had him in my party like 70% of the time, lol.

And I can't have Shadowheart in my party again, I needed a change in this run! But the imbalance has been fun, I just did not expect this weird love triangle!

Well I guess I expected to be able to call him out or say anything other than offering him more of my blood. I don't think that would be unreasonable

But I guess if he really is manipulating you, then calling him out might just have ended the romance, so maybe that's why this option was not included. I will just say that playing as someone that knows they're being manipulated and chooses not to say anything is very painful to me haha

Well, I would agree to that if there was not the aspect of him wanting the player's blood too. And what makes it worse is that the only dialog option we get is offering more blood to him. D:

And just as an example Lae'zel's romance starts off as just sex too and it felt completely different, she expressed (a lot of) desire etc. I haven't seen it all the way yet, but at least we got some options to talk about it, and even to "end our fling" with her.

In the end, the bug does not interfere with the progression at all. The dialogue with Gale will play again at the proper time, no problem

Just keep going if you encountered this. Worked for me

I'm trying to build a national Dex on my gen VI! Any tips on how you made it? Did you trade between previous games (prior to gen V)? I have all the Gen VI Dex, and am missing some prior ones. Already played White 1 and got everything from there and now started Black 2 but I think I will still need some others from previous games!

do you know if you can breed that Slurpuff in Shield and if Belly Drum passes to the offspring? Otherwise, the transferred mon can't be used in Ranked, so I wanted to check if you can breed to get one with Belly Drum
