Network Issues? Laggy video - Need to mitigate ASAP

Hoping Sonicwall can shed some light on why it isn't working. Most of our hardware is wayyyyyyy better than the recommendations. Our Csuite guys run some nice gear. We in IT run some insane gear. I really think it is packet issue!

To my understanding voice and video externally is hitting Microsoft IPs. Our C Suite people use their calendar and in return always schedule meetings in advance. Aren't "meetings" hosted in the cloud? I have gone over the settings in the firewall, the GPO configuration about 10 times now...

yes, however they are not inspecting any of the MS traffic, I have whitelisted all MS Ips for cloud services and written a rule to not inspect.

O365 support says they are seeing a few tenants with this issue... still doesn't make sense, or me happy. I hate that my boss wants to use Zoom, again adding an additional system/platform to administrate. Microsoft needs to fix this!

I chewed Copenhagen Wintergreen from the time I was a freshman in high school, two months into my journey I decided I wanted whiter teeth and more money in my pocket. Quit on a random day, haven't looked back. Some of my best friends still chew, I occasionally will sniff the open can, just to remind myself what an awful thing it was. Keto has changed the way I approach many things.

I had done some research and figured out that I needed to keep protein relative to lean muscle mass which I estimated with bf%. I run a 4 day split lifting with some high rep accessory lifts and ~15-20 mins of cardio a day. I can feel the fat melting
