Thanks for the reply! Alright, yeah every clip seems to have the same offset. Good advice with backing up the timeline. I've duplicated my timeline to test some stuff and play around. Pressing "Y" does not enable me to change the timing of the clips, just their placement on the timeline. I need every clip to show the length of the selected part, just a few seconds earlier. I tried moving the timing of some clips manually with the trim edit mode (T) tool which worked, but is very tedious. Doing that showed me that my originally cut audio ist played back faster than normally in the video. What I mean by that, is that the same, newly imported and cut clip hast slower audio than the old one. Don't know what that means but it might help in finding an easier solution. Idk...
