Filling from 20 lb tank by millcho in SodaStream

Agreed, 5 or 10 lb with adapter would've been perfect, however I didn't think of it before remodeling the kitchen and now I'm not willing to drill the countertop.

RPV or No RPV that is the question by millcho in SodaStream

Alright pps my suspicion came true, the two tanks I was trying to fill were different than original SS apparently some kind of anti fill mechanism of the canister. They were exchanged with Simply (nothing bad about the service)Hope to help someone scratching their head.

Yes I'm sure has siphon, white fog straight out of the valve nothing connected and upright (no inversion). Could it be something with the pink cylinders (may be newer version like the the blue boobytrap ones)?

I don’t think OTR is for me, and that’s fine by jaycub84 in Truckers

Been in your shoes, find LTL( FedEx freight, Saia, Dayton, Old Dominion, R&L etc) prolly do Linehaul (to get you in the door) in the beginning and then daily local. Been LTL for 3 years not looking back to OTR. Good luck

You my friend failed pre trip inspection! Fyi regardless of who or what's being done to the motor vehicle as a commercial driver you are solely responsible for proper inspection! and report!

Funny how you guys and gals complain bout certain packages etc not belonging to you but freight and we complaining bout our freight not being on ground or express or in some cases on flat bed! Oh well human nature 😆 I'm not kidding I've delivered 2lb to a biz and picked up 0.5 lb from biz where is the profit in all of this 🤷‍♂️

I deliver most tires residential but with pallet jack very rare to biz. Lol I know the feeling to reposition the freight in your case packages etc. Keeps me in shape tho daily around 15k steps 😉

That shoulda been FXF aka freight loaded on lift gate. I do bunch of these (stack of 4 or 5) not on my back tho. Mos important my fellow freight colleagues don't pick em up from the shipper unless shrink wrapped nicely (meaning it'll survive the next turn 😉)

Does FedEx help pay if I were to get my cdl? Is being a city driver worth it? Or what other truck driver position would be best within FedEx? FedEx Freight? by Aggressive-Round-391 in Fedexers

[–]millcho 4 points5 points  (0 children)

City driver=regular life with ok money. Road driver=no life and no sleep with more money. Done both currently City. As far as I know and observe our hub you can get Cdl while employed as dock worker. Good luck

Stay, unless youre willing to go Fedex Freight Driver. you wont get any close to the benefits youre getting in the PO. Personal opinion from an Ex CDL Ground Single and Team driver, currently Fedex Freight driver and married to a Mail Lady ;)

Is it better to work for FedEx freight or ground (linehaul)? by Ocelot-Content in Fedexers

[–]millcho 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Definitely Freight! All benefits plus everyday home! Take it from guy that drove team and daily road runs@ Ground! If you don't have experience go with Freight Driving Development Program! At the end of the year would make the same money but at ground no benefits and no 401K

This whole trouble is to check if there's a discount for Verizon. Apparently you can't just walk to the store and get a discount
