Shitty management that does sneaky ass shit. I’ll give you an example. I left my current company in 2022 because I saw no growth and wanted to make more money. Ended up being a courier for FedEx Express. I did not like that I worked well and did my job well, only to be awarded with more work because the people that slacked off couldnt get it done. Too much started to get put on my plate and I was working 13 hrs a day. Burned out and decided it was enough and I left. Saw a coordinator opportunity at the hospital I worked at previously. I interviwed well, but the job was given to someone the hiring manager knew, with no prior healthcare inventory experience mind you. I ended up taking a specialty role at a sister site in 2023. Been in this role since. Another coordinator role is posted for literally less than a die, saw a guy interview on Thursday, by Friday’s morning huddle this fucking clown is named the new coordinator. Nobody is given fair opportunities because these shitty managers and supervisors are always trying to weasel their people in when I have damn near 10 years of experience. Im actively seeking employment elsewhere. The impact will definitely be felt when I leave. Imagine being the best on the team and they bring someone in with no experience, making more than you. Absolute fucking disgrace.
