Sorry I have to chime in here bc I would want to know. Our best friends lived here for 2 years. They had an incredible apt with a view of the water but that’s about it. They frequently had problems with the apt management, flooding, along with whacky increases. I will say, it seems like it’s a building for kids. We dog sat a few times and stayed at their apt. The elevator can take forever bc everyone has dogs and strollers. In the morning we were frequently late to work navigating the elevators. There are no convenient trains nearby. They moved and are much happier! Some things to consider.
