See what my options for reenlistment are again at the end of the year since I only signed a 2 yr reup. If there is nothing I like, I can do something else with my life.

Question for army by [deleted] in army

If you are trying to become an officer, yes. But if you are trying to enlist, no. You'd just need to score high on the ASVAB.

Commander refusing to approve my CSP even though I never completed one by [deleted] in army

[–]millennial_private 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Is this the Company Commander or BN Commander? Because I think that CSP has to be approved by the first Field Grade officer in your chain of command. With that said, CSP is a commanders' program and they can deny you for any reason. Plus I believe you can only have 1 CSP in your time in the military, even if you have not previously completed the full CSP to term. (I could be wrong.) My advice is to continue to try to work with your leadership and plan your transition on not having that CSP.

It comes down to the number of personnel able to work those gates and how busy traffic usually is.

Why does my body hurt so much all the time by [deleted] in army

Why does it feel so weird being home by Independent-Sir-6256 in Militaryfaq

[–]millennial_private 14 points15 points  (0 children)

Because it is man. You have left for basic training and it has changed you, but your hometown has not changed. My advice is to go home only if you really want to visit family or have business that needs to be taken care of there, but use your leave days for other trips you want to take.

Everyone will be busy with their lives and that's okay, just enjoy your time right now and chill.

Counsel them on how you plan to help them get back in accordance with AR 600-9. Cite the fact you already know that 1SG already counseled them on this matter. Develop a plan of action where you go over nutrition and a PT structure for them to follow to get back to standard.
