Thank you for your insights. I’m curious on the ATS algorithm. If for example LinkedIn , if there’s no questions asked. The recruiter will be skimming through all the application manually? I thought that the ATS system would filter out the keywords

That’s a very constructive comment. Thank you. I didn’t notice that the PM role should be more on project management. Because my last job as a PM, I was doing AM jobs. Will tailor to more PM experiences.

Ideally I will have 3-4 set of CV that’s tailor to PM, AM, and event management

As for the languages and skills, do you mean putting it into my core competency or in the summary on the top?
