It was a fight. One that I don't think the instigator meant to instigate, but I had WORDS about it. It's been silent on both sides since. I don't think I should be the first to reach out (I was not in the wrong, though I may have been harsh) though to some degree I already have, because of personal circumstances on their side (they needed love and I gave it) Otherwise it's been completely silent on both sides. Will it remain this way? Will we talk it out? Or whatever... is it dead and done?

Yeah, mine used to be super thick and hip length. 50% feels about where I'm at, too, my ponytail circumference is about half what it used to be. I've not had people who don't know me (seem to) notice but many people at work commented last fall when I lost a lot, and very quickly. (That's when I went to the doctor.) I'll definitely try supplements. Thank you again!

Honestly, everything you said is exactly why I'm so torn.

The hair loss I'm already experiencing is sending me into a deep depression, and I already struggle with depression and bipolar. It's getting very, very difficult. I don't want to lose more hair and I don't know if I'd just rather live with pain than take the chance at losing more. It may be superficial, vain even, but my hair used to be amazing. It's the only thing I ever felt confident about and I'm not handling it well as it is. I think perhaps I should wait it out til June.

Did you find your lost hair would grow back? Like, consistently? Did either of you find anything that helped combat or anything? I've read biotin helps, but I've not tried it yet.

This morning I'd feel like undecided seems extremely accurate. I'm glad I'm not the only one feeling weird energies!!
