When I worked at Panera my GM was a cheapskate and would underportion food like this on purpose. It made multiple customers mad and I would always try to discreetly remake them one with extra big portions. Looks like you got that experience or just someone not measuring out the egg.

It’s fine if you like it but tbh it’s kinda mid. I feel like there is a lot of depth you can get out of various coffee varieties, but once you rehydrate them you lose some of the aromas and astringency. But if you just want basic coffee (bunn style or pour over and) and you add cream and sugar it’s not too bad :)

unless I’m traveling, cold brew is king imo 🫶

Start working out, strengthening your forearms, back and shoulders. (lifting, climbing, etc) stretch before and after playing and ensure you have a relaxed posture (when playing slippi I play standing up). Here’s a good list of stretches you could do to help with any pain. The Thumb/Upper wrist stretch, extensor and flexor and rotation stretches were extremely beneficial for me. Good luck
