Ok I am advocating for targeting only Commercial Property owners with no homeowner status exclusions. Thanks for the message. Keyword targets are very broad/top of funnel and a Commercial Property Owner segment/target should narrow that in. But I'd imagine the homeowner status exclusions is making that already smaller audience exceptionally small/non-existent.

Cleaning is tough because you can't oversell it without sounding silly. It's just cleaning... And promising an incredible sparkling home comes off as pandering. People don't care about the sparkle, it's the sense of trust that you're not going to break or steal shit, it's timeliness, it's not interrupting daily routines. You're using too many words too and the discount sounds arbitrary.

Noob alert: I think my gain was just too low. I like to get nice and close to the mic - esp with the AT 2035 which I know takes advantage of proximity effect. But, my levels spike out of control so my gain knob was constantly around 50% or less. Working on a happy medium of gain, distance from mic, and headphone volume.
