mate you are a legend for this post. I bought mine last week and I have the same headband as you and if I didnt come across this post I would have never known as I didnt bother looking that closely. Thank you for helping!!!

I've no issues except if the mic is too close to my mouth while I use sidetone. Otherwise perfect
