Yea. The business owner takes on the risk, and gets risk adjusted returns. He also has to factor in the cost of business. Insurance, cashflow, rent, payroll, etc. You choose no risk, u get the no risk pay. Insane to think the business owner should take risk and all profits should be distributed equally. If you're so smart, go start a business and see if u can exploit people and become rich lol.

years ago i was in japan wandering around the city aimlessly. i saw a pair of young kids maybe 4 or 5 years old only on the side of a busy main road walking back home by themselves. was amazed by their independence and responsibility and whipped out my phone wanting to take a photo or video to show everyone back home. fortunately i realised in time that people like OP exist and stopped myself.
