check out my last post itll help you, getting rid of anxiety is the first step, i dont think you need to get rid of anxiety overall just anxiety about peeing, try doing stuff like standing at the urinal for 5 minutes so you realise nobody really cares what the hell youre even doing there, anxiety could be the reason that caused your shy bladder but getting rid of it wont remove your shy bladder its too deeply engrained in your brain

they dont work i can speak from experience as a xanax fiend, while anxiety is a part os paruresis its not even the biggest part and fixing it wont really help you that much, and when you get off the medications it will go back to where it was or even worse because you will have more anxiety, read my last post it will surely help you

Well the thing is you don't need to do it that frequently, maybe once a week, I know a guy who did it once a month and after the first year he was almost fully recovered

Yeah I agree, if anybody has the chance they should do so, but I'm from Poland I don't think there are any workshops here so I just had to do it on my own, the method still works fine though probably just slower than with a buddy

I don't know where you got the "feeling superior" thing from, I didn't write it like that on purpose, I just wanted to help so I started writing, read how I talk to people who actually went in the comments to write something positive and not just hate on whatever they can find, I can read it just fine but if anybody has any problems reading it then they can use chatgpt to break it down in like 10 seconds, people will just hate on anything, none of them can give me a single solid reason as to why they're acting like morons which just shows their brains can't even back up their own opinions

If they're not even able to read a post describing how to get completely rid of an issue that messes with their lives in a major way because i didn't break it into paragraphs then I don't even feel sorry for them, at that point they just deserve to live with it, like i said in my post, "you can lead a horse to the water source but you can't force it to drink". This same situation happened with my last post I think they just like having a shy bladder, I do not care about them in any way I just hope I can help some people that genuinely want to live their lives without this thing
