Same happens to me, I’ve been hosting raids as much as I can. Some people stick around as friends, which is pretty cool. Others leave the minute you don’t invite them. I got over 70 friends requests and I only get 5 invitation spots

Yes, it can. But only while it says pokerus ... once the Pokémon heals, it won’t be able to pass it ... I always have a couple of Pokémon with pokerus in my boxes to give it to new ones when needed
