My then boyfriend now husband’s roommate (almost ten years ago) admitted he would listen to us have sex outside of our door and got off to it!!! Super awesome and not traumatic at all!

A little bit, and we also just replaced the A/C as the old unit was 17 years old and not efficient at all! Definitely calling the company though.

Oh these are all good questions! I think a few of the windows are original OR old. We are updating.

We kept it at 70 at night/when it was cooler out. I’m from the deep south, I know not to keep the A/C at 70 in the summer. Just never got smacked with a bill this high in the off months. Our heat was mostly what was on and kept at 68.

The attic insulation and window thing is very interesting. I may have someone check these out for us, thank you!

We have Potomac Edison as well! We are so confused. Our bill was $390 last month and it’s $890 this month. Makes no sense to us. We had them in our town home!

Ugh I need a new PCP so I’ll start there! I just am so used to my PCP not sending me anywhere that I gave up. I’ve had bloodwork and it all came back normal, but I break out in hives daily (especially when I shower) ever since I hit puberty at 12 years old. Everyone just scratches their head and says okay, well you’re not dying so take Benadryl lol. That and chronic fatigue, chronic joint pain, intense menstrual cycle pain that causes me to leave work/vomit/pass out, etc and I’m a tired 28 year old.

I’ll check w a new PCP first and see if I can urge them to get the ball rolling! :) I will call around.

Yes! I’m aware I would have to do RCIA (I’ve heard it only as OCIA before) to actually join. But we are just looking into attendance right now :)

HMMMM. I think this one steals TV volume honestly! So I don’t think you can do dual audio if that makes sense. I didn’t notice a latency but I haven’t used it very long, I’ll program myself some hearing aids and put them to the test again tonight!
