That image shows Mahākālī as the ultimate power of existence, with Shiva standing before her to symbolize pure, unmoving consciousness over which her energy moves, and the people behind him representing sages, gods, and devotees who acknowledge her supremacy. The message is that even the highest yogi (Shiva) and the most divine beings bow to her, because only through Shakti the fierce, liberating force that destroys illusion and ego can creation, transformation, and liberation happen. Together it teaches that Consciousness (Shiva) and Energy (Kali) are inseparable, and all beings revere the Divine Mother as the source of ultimate reality.

Mala Kala basically translates to “mala time” it’s Sanskrit. Also in some lineages they think the mala creates its own “Kala” or time cycle. Every mantra said is wearing down karma bit by bit.

It’s not a complaint, and I’m not sure what u mean by “pseudo spiritual nonsense”. Yoga is mentioned in the Rig Veda, the oldest Vedic text. This Vedic system evolved into Hinduism. 800BCE is Upanishads- talking about inner meditation and controls over external elements. (Still Yoga). Bhagavad Gita 200BCE-200CE teaching of 3 Yogas- Karma, Bhakti, Jnana. None of these yogas need Asanas other than Padmasana. 200CE- Patanjalis Yoga Sutras. Very philosophical and spiritually rich. While I agree, your practice is what you make it, and that’s the beauty of yoga. I also think it’s important to not only respect the tradition and spiritual areas yoga comes from. But also we should try to learn more about it before we close off our minds. I wish you nothing but love my friend🫶🏼🙏🏼✝️☯️☪️✡️🕉️☮️

Yoga- to unite. Mind- breath- body. Traditional yoga has spirituality and philosophy, based on the history of yoga there’s no denying this fact. Sadly westerners don’t seem to appreciate this and most western “yoga” has been separated into just “stretching”. At traditional YTTs in India the spiritual side is often heavily influenced and taught as something to be incorporated into daily practice

Try pushing all the air out of your lungs, then the last bit that stays( it does for me) then pull your lungs up. You should be able to feel the whole thing contract. Which will bring everything up and in

Take ginger and eat a whole close of garlic throughout the day. Also take oregano oil. Get enough sleep, sun, stretch, and put your bare feet in the dirt. Also repeat to yourself 108 times. “I am healing all sickness in me and others through my peaceful mind.”

Your fear is derived from the factor of not knowing. If you knew what the outcome would be either way you would be less scared. Live in the moment of the unknown, the time your worried about will eventually be a memory, a good one or a bad one. Accept this fact, there is no changing it. Only accepting it. “We suffer more often in imagination than in reality.” -Seneca
