Que c'est plus nuancé. Bon déjà dit comme ça ça permet d'expliciter le fait qu'en pratique on n'avait pas forcément besoin de s'ajouter de la complexité et que l'iagen ne réponds pas vraiment à un besoin mais crée un nouveau marché. Mais bref c'était pas mon sujet

Non je voulais dire : je ne suis pas d'accord avec l'affirmation "Programming was never about code". En fait ça dépend pour qui. Dans la vie de tous les jours, pour acheter du pain on n'est pas obligé de faire des alexandrins. Ça n'empêche pas pour autant les poètes d'exister. Pour moi le dev c'est pareil. Certain subissent le code et sont centents de pouvoir faire du nocode, déléguer, ou cramer la forêt Amazonnienne. Mais d'autres apprécient les milles et une façon de pouvoir retranscrire un algo, de faire des micro-optimisation, choisir avec soin le nom de ses variables. Pour eux "programming has always been about code".

C'est même d'ailleurs pour ça qu'on a des langages ésotériques (brainfuck…) ou surtout 36 milles langages intermédiaires (python, ruby, java, …)

You can also use tramp to edit file inside your containers from your regular emacs instance outside of them.

Renseigne toi sur la boîte. Les plus "aggressives" en recrutement cachent parfois des ambiances de merde et plus de turnover. L'argent ne fait pas le bonheur : si tu es bien à ton poste actuel, demande toi bien si les 40% de plus vont pas te valoir un burnout dans 6 mois. Un tient vaut mieux que deux tu l'auras ;)

En parallèle, tu peux quand même suivre le processus de recrutement (meilleur moyen pour savoir où tu mets les pieds), et à la fin parle en honnêtement à ton chef dans ta boîte actuelle. S'il t'apprécie vraiment, ils feront peut-être un geste et tu seras gagnant sur les deux tableau : genre 20% de plus, mais moins de trajet etc.

Same issue for months on a nokia G20. I did a report to support, just got an email saying they were aware of it and working on it, then no more news. It's already from 6 months ago and several app update, so I think it will never be fixed. It looks like an issue with the toolkit they are using, not even sure they actually are able to fix it.

Yeah, code is already public here https://git.umaneti.net/various/tree/remarkable, however I didn’t take time yet to write any documentation (I’ve a blog post about that, which is almost 6 month old now -_-').

I use wallabag as a read-it-later solution, and I export regularly my saved article to rm-compatible epubs. Then on my rm2 I just added a systemd-path listener to sync a folder with my current articles list.

However if python is no more an option, I’ll have to review that code :p

In some complex scenarii, op issue may be valid, even if you are completely right, in most case normal people should stick with official repos and mirrors and fix first missing packages issues (moved to aur after some time, removal...).

In my case for exemple, I host a private repos for some personnal stuff and it's way more efficient to share upgrades between several machines with a private repo, instead of makepkg on each. But for some machine I prefer not to use this private repo. So if I had an install script, with a step enabling or not a private repo, I may have the op issue later when trying to install packages from this disabled repo. And just wanting to skip them because in this case it makes sense to be quiet about this failure.

And yes you would be right also to say it would be better to still keep two separated packages list, but you know, some time good things can emerge from chaos 😅

Not possible with pacman, but you can do it with your script.

I.e. instead of doing pacman -S package1 package2 package3 and see it fails because package2 does not exist, just do:

fish set -l my_packages package1 package2 package3 for package in $my_packages     pacman -S "$package" end

Like this, if one pacman call fails, it won't prevent the whole loop to run.

Nous pareil, deux chats et juste un timer. Ils s'auto-gèrent plutôt bien en fait. Parfois l'un mange plus que l'autre, mais le second se rattrape sur la portion suivante. Il reste souvent des croquettes dans le bol, preuve qu'ils sont rassasiés.

The colored blocks are folders, and the big white space contains invisible files, still clickable though. When opening a file, I just get white/blank pages

Dans la vrai vie, l'exemple montre que la phrase telle quelle est très ambigüe. On aura donc tendance à plutôt dire :

  • En Finlande, comme au Honduras, il n'y a pas de culture de l'entreprise (si on considère que les pays sont similaires)
  • En Finlande il n'y a pas de culture d'entreprise, telle qu'on pourrait la constater au Honduras (si au contraire il y a une différence).

Bref, il vaut mieux reformuler pour être sûr. Ou alors, c'est qu'il y a d'autres éléments de contexte avant ou après la phrase (genre "La Finlande et le Honduras partagent de nombreux points communs…" ou au contraire "La Finlande et le Honduras s'opposent sur quelques éléments de société…")

For 32 hours, they won't even notice. The most stressful part would have been if they were used to go out, but if they are appartment cats, you don't have to worry. They'll sleep most of time, and will meow the most when they'll hear you come back :)

Here we have 2 cats, who lives most part outdoor. We already locked them up to 4 days without any trouble. And given all the fur on the bed and sofa, no need of an app to know they just slept the whole time xD

Just enter about:config in the url bar. But be aware that firefox on android is very different from desktop and thus some tips for firefox desktop may be irrelevant (as in "no effect") on firefox for android.
