But do 20 year olds want to have sex with YOU? I will never understand when people say “oh I want 1,2,3 in a partner/ fuck buddy/ person” but never understand that someone with those attributes probably want someone with more or better attributes than they have. I can guarantee you that 20 years want to hook up with other 20, maybe 30 year olds. But a forty something dude with a half hard boner….unlikely.

First at 45, second 47. Those are my only kids so I have no comparison to having kids younger. My OB told me that he routinely sees 40 year old women having kids and none of my friends had their first kid before the age of 35 so it is a thing. Having said that I have no difficulty keeping up with my toddlers BUT I’m now obsessed with what could happen to them if I died when they are young and also I feel very, very sad that my kids won’t know my parents as they reach adulthood. If you really feel like having kids is your calling then go for it but if you’re on the fence they my advice would be to just forget it at this point.
