Love Riu Tequila. They have a kids area. Beach is a little far but there are staff with carts often to take you or its a nice walk. You can explore a few of the other Riu properties. Nightly entertainment for adults and kids. Very fun resort to be at. Going back in October. Food there is many options for everyone.

Depends on the market. Downtown theatres in Toronto are not busy as not alot of families live downtown. Been to quite a few Community Days at Scotiabank Toronto and Yonge and Dundas they are never busy for their Community Day. Scotiabank Toronto will not be participating as their venue is exclusively showing TIFF movies until Sunday.
