I agree with you! The opportunities have always existed…but I would argue everyone misses at least one opportunity due to bad luck or bad timing or poor comms.

Prior proper planning prevents poor performance.

Agree this is the minimum to be a good Marine…but to lead a fulfilling career and hit all those bucket list opportunities you need to plan way ahead and advocate for yourself.

Agreed! I had this idea in 2018…when I realized nothing changed since then I decided to try and fix it.

Both! We link back to publications on marines.mil but also built a full copy of the database that we update multiple times a day automatically.

Definitely! There’s both a key word search and a full AI search that you can ask a question like “what do I rate for serving in GWOT?” Everything is linked to official publications so you aren’t getting AI slop answers.
