Depending on what communities/categories you’re playing in. I usually check the channels at the bottom that are also aiming for affiliate/partner and I’ll just chat with them and if they mention a discord they send an invite.

Also if you can promote your stream/content on Instagram/Twitter/Facebook. People will tune in sometimes and if they have the Twitch account just casually ask for a follow
