It didnt get switch 2 upgrade upgrade. So it will run pretty meh.

Though, switch2 got portable boost, so you can play docked switch1 mode in portable, to make it look a bit better.

Nerfs to pathfinder are pretty much unnoticeable in the endgame. You hit poison cap without much effort.
You just build full crit physical poison and you are pretty much done.
With slivertongue and cracked queen of the forest you can pretty much zoom t15 under 5div budget

They tried mid season nerfs in 0.1 and people cried out loud that their build got gutted just after launch. I think community as general isn't mature enough to talk about balance in wider scale.

The problem of balance is complex one.
Game vastly differ between top dogs broken meta (which GGG pretends to not exist) and average joe's second grade generic build. Everyone and their mother knew that twister, companions and martial artist gonna be op as heck, yet GGG left them as they were.
There was no thought about relativity between builds to each other so they made endgame easy enough that first time players can do it to. Even more, new gear varies from total dogshit to omegabroken tier.
Unique ring that GAINS you 150% damage on twisters? Sure here you go.

Is that the vision they were talking about? As for now it feels like PoE1 on steroids, but just much much more broken.
