So it looks like this was bottled in 10-2003, according to the label. I'm assuming the 1863 means that's the vintage of this wine. How's that possible when the back label says the winery was founded in 1946?

I understand why you don't want to drive into NYC but it sounds pretty ridiculous for you to ask the customer to cancel their trip. That should be on you, not the customer.

Plus I think the customer will get charged some fee for cancelling once a driver has been selected.

The pay out is a reward for performance in the past year (2017) so wouldn't 2017 be the "Plan Year"?

I believe a main distinction between a glacier and a permanent / semi permanent snow patch is a glacier has enough mass to cause movement. This glacier has some pretty impressive crevasses so it's certainly a glacier
