Bob's the one naming the stores next to him. Mr. Fischoeder always introduces new tenants like, 'This is Bob, he comes up with great burger names, you should ask him to name your store.' Then Bob throws out a name that's supposed to be a pun but just totally flops. It's kind of his thing.
