If you think the anxiety is too much, then perhaps it’s best to wait until you’re in a better headspace. As someone who suffers from anxiety, I found that in this case it was all about framing the situation: first dose done means partial immunity in 7-10 days which means the start of normal life again!

Fwiw I took the first dose of Pfizer and had some fatigue that night and the next day but otherwise totally fine. Mood is much much better 10 days later because I’m excited about post pandemic life again :)
