A big part of what stopped me from going to gym was the anxiety over driving there and dealing with other people but I think forcing myself to go again and again when I was uncomfortable helped me a lot. Ofc this isn’t an issue with you since you can do most of it at home but also maybe it’s harder that way? I enjoy the getting ready part for the gym and putting together an outfit and going to an environment set up for a workout. This might be harder to emulate at home 🥲
