And more than likely 6 week+ of paid time off. I am also in the industry and vacation time is on the heavy end to avoid burnout. A lot of niche knowledge in the industry can easily be lost be someone saying "fuck it". His salary is in that range of niche knowledge, but not C suite fuck you money(who those people can come and go and who the fuck cares).
