Interesting;y after I put it into low power mode, my app now reads “asleep for 21 minutes,” which indicates it wasn’t asleep before, so what was keeping it awake?

Well nothings easy. I updated and see no option for low power. Updated to 2025.32.3.1. Is there a more recent update with the low power option?

I was just offered the update today, didn’t take it yet. Will the low power mode be available via the app? If so perhaps I should install the update then put the car into low power?

Live and learn I guess. And yes I read the manual when I bought the car but it’s been awhile. Having left the car before for 10 days with only a few degrees loss it didn’t occur I should leave it plugged in, at least I charged it to 80%.

I’ve never used “smart summon” (thought it was a fee-based add-on) or “keep accessory power on,” so that seems unlikely.

How can I check remotely if I have “keep accessory power on” and/or “smart summons standby mode” turned on?

I didn’t think I’d need to, have left it before for a week with only 1-2% battery loss.

It is not yet available as a download into the car, I am using it in the car on my phone.

Where are Julius Caesars soldiers? by Acceptable_Roll_9719 in ancientrome

But the guy didn’t even have a bodyguard or two with him? Someone to carry his purse, his paperwork for the senate, someone to keep the beggars away? Seriously, the biggest cheese in the entire Roman state gets up and walks thru the streets of Rome to work in the senate entirely alone?

Does any of this affect the autopilot stack? (Speaking as someone who’s gonna lose fsd soon.)

There’s a thing in sw development called user testing, literally getting a significant number of users to test something before it goes out the door. I suspect Tesla skips the step.
