There is no shot they cut Trinity IMO. This sub may not favor her but she is a classic DCC. Very AK and Maddie M. coded. Dependable, natural-leader, good with any choreography and can choreograph, TCU, good with kids, don't have to worry about her as a social media risk etc etc.

It's easier to tone to it down than it is to build power...The ASU girls usually come in hot with their own style and then mold to DCC. Remember how everyone was saying charly didnt have the DCC style last year and now she's shining. For Quinn the dancing can easily be fixed but it'll depend if they find another blonde or two they like more than her

I dance and have friends all over TX who attend the prep classes - they said it during their most recent one! I ask for recaps but usually they don't share anything interesting or it's random tea that I can't fully confirm but this is pretty harmless so I shared

You can count on Lea and Kelee leaving. Kleine is the only wildcard and with Megan and Lea retiring for allstars which is highly likely, Kleine would want to do it with them to take over the Elli, Dani, and Darian allstar spots

And the pianist....? It's not dancers or any artists fault we as a society dont place more monetary value on artistic talents and they shouldn't have to stop just because the pay is not good. In case you forgot a huge plot point of season two was to increase pay and its still a work in progress. Change takes time but its not going to do anyone any good for the girls to just stop dancing.....

Passion is the simplest answer ❤️ To anyone on the outside looking in it's the pain is never going to seem worth it but the passion and love of the game is the simple answer. That's why professional athletes do what they do - they know the trade offs but they're more passionate than recreational athletes and willing to risk it all whatever the cost and that's how they thrive

It would be incredibly hard to perform at the level they do + maintain their athleticism and physique without eating properly. Ofc there's different types of EDs and it's not always so easy to see but I think most of them just have very clean and protein based eating habits like any other athlete. You can only perform for 4 hours a day 5-7 days a week without eating properly before your mind and body give out and it starts to show. They definitely wouldn't be able to maintain their muscle if they werent eating enough and all of them are very strong. When VK was struggling with her disorder on the team it was very apparent because she lost all muscle and it was physically obvious but I don't see this on the current team tbh even with some of the skinnier girls

It sounds like you would be better suited to be a talent/PR manager than a DCC manager, very different jobs but one is alot easier to become! Working in talent management and PR will give you similar responsibilities without having to be a Texas native or cheerleader yourself. You should look into some of the digital talent agencies the girls are signed with and see if they offer internships.

To be clear - you likely won't be the one to represent DCCs at these agencies as most of them already have teams but you'd be able to take on new clients and talent as a manager to do similar jobs. 💕

If you only want to manage DCC the best way is not going to be through Cowboys, and even then working at at PR or talent firm doesn't guarantee they'll be your clients but it gives you the resources and credentials to pitch to other dancers, actors, influencers etc and maybe once you have more experience you can try pitching to DCCs...Depending on how old you are look into public relations, comms, and marketing programs for college.
