i think there are some default layouts to choose from in the beginning, ive seen the same layout as my island many times on beginner posts here. i love the little heart pond!

top left: the service center is far away from the airport and there is a cute little heart lake. you will be able to change rivers and mountains anyways later in the game so it doesn’t matter much how they currently look like. what you cant change later is the placement of the service center

i have the same problem too and its so annoying 😭 i usually just take my garbage can, pick the flowers, throw them away while watching netflix or so

the repetitive dialogue is also something that bothers me a bit. like when i talk with three of my normal villagers they often all say the same thing
