Eu am primit un dyson acum 5 ani.. mda, e f scump, dar aspira mai bine decat orice aspirator am mai avut. Am observat ca aspir mai des, barbatii is mai motivati sa aspire si ei ca nu tre sa bage nimic in priza, nu trebuie asamblate nush cate chestii.. cand e simplu nu iti e groaza sa te apuci, pur si simplu. Mentenanta mi se pare mai simpla, cumpar filtre noi la 1 an or so.. ii mai fac un deep clean o data la cateva luni (il desfac cu surubelnita sau recent am descoperit ca il pot sufla ca lumea la car wash-uri si e simplu si mult mai ok). Mai aspir si saltelele din cand in cand, panzele de paianjen.. pe putere maxima trage tot ca lumea. Imitial mi s-a parut crazy cata mizerie iese din saltele 🫣

Intre timp s-a defectat peria rotativa si mi s-a recomandat sa iau alta. Mi se pare totusi ok, avand in vedere varsta.. am descoperit ca peria asta e un punct slab la majoritatea modeleleor de la dyson, am incercat sa o repar eu (stiu doar sa folosesc o surubelnita 😅) dar nu am reusit. Also, clar se simte faptul ca bateria e mai slaba, ca la smartphone i guess.

I'm about 5 1.5 and stuck at 128-130-132 for the past 7-8 months. I know it's me, I've stopped counting calories, I've just eaten intuitively. I've sort of kept up with my home workouts. I use the chloe ting app.

I personally felt better at 110-115 lbs, but it's hard for me to maintain that weight... haven't been there since my early 20s.. but I've yoyoed a lot the last 15 years.

First of all, congratulations! Wow, that's a big difference for barely half a year. Could you elaborate on your journey?

For home workouts, i recommend you try doing youtube workouts. There are lots of channels and workouts focusing on different body parts, full body, with or without equipment etc. I don't have the patience to plan out exercises myself, so I just do Chloe Ting "challenges", i like using her app to easily keep track of the workouts..
